CMS GUI - Dreamweaver Extensions?

Hi,

My company have developed an XML-style CMS. The CMS system is too complex for non-technical users as it does involve the use of a few markup tags. For example, <PARA> is the opening tag for a paragraph... anyway...

What we need is a GUI for our CMS so that non technical users can use it to create the code required to input into the site. I have been investigating using Dreamweaver extensions, but I haven't really found any information about how to do what I want to do...

Has anyone got a better idea or perhaps know how I could proceed with the dreamweaver solution?
