convert postscript file into plain text file using ghostscript

Hello
I my application I have to convert the pdf file into the text file for searching the document. So I'm using the GhostScript to convert the document. I succeed upto Pdf to postScript format. Then I want to convert the document to postscript to plain text. Anyone who has any idea about this please give idea to me. Actually I'm using ps2ascii in Ghostscript which not doing it.

If anyone can come up with any other solution is also welcome.
