Talking Customer Relationship Management php software

Hi

Im looking for a really good CRM Suite written in PHP.
I would need a Sales, invoice, helpdesk, project management, etc.
Do you guys know of any?
Free opensource would be great but Im willing to pay for a really good one.
Im looking for something userfriendly and easy to manage.

I have searched on here and on Google, and found some CRM but I would rather ask someone here with good experience on this.

Oh and this is what the client is asking:
Im looking for a CRM with most of these, so I can minimise my programming.

1. Sales Module:
a. Client Call Sheets
b. Sales generation, tracking and reporting
c. Escalation to senior personnel of critical event

2. Contact Management / Database:
a. Physical, Postal and telephonic details of customers and key persons
b. Major events calendar for key persons

3. Administration:
a. Reporting of administration functions
b. Invoicing
c. Workflow facilitation between staff members
d. Escalation to senior personnel of critical events

4. Project Management:
a. New and existing projects
b. Escalation of critical events
5. Helpdesk functionality:
a. Call logging and tracking
b. Report generation
c. Escalation of
6. User Level Security:
a. Employee logins
b. Customer logins
c. Logins will determine user functionality

Freeware is prefered.

CRM PHP Software

Have a look here and see if it meets your needs. I think it has most of the functionality you require. There is an online demo as well. Full source code is downloadable as a free-trial.
