Does Anyone Know a Good Newspaper/Blog Content Mangagement Software?
I am looking for a Newspaper/Blog content management software that will assist me with creating news or blog websites, I have tried a few trials, but they do not seem to do what I need.

do you want a lot of people to be able to contribute to the content? if so, then use Drupal. If not, then look at Joomla or Wordpress.
