Enquiry Management System
Hiya,

Does anyone know of any EMS software (commerical or shareware) that does the following basics?

- Be web based.
- Allow visitors to different parts of the web site to enter queries and select from drop down lists what area they are interested in.
- Assign queries to particular people based on what section of the site the customer made their query from and what interest area they selected.
- Email the relevant person/people when a customer has made a query about an area they are responsible for.
- Allow users to log in and see what customer queries they are currently assigned.
- Have an admin section which allows users to be added, edited and deleted. This includes assigning interest areas/sections of the site they are responsible for.
- Allow users to reassign a customer query to someone else if they are not able to answer it.
