HR/Office Management software?

Looking for some HR/office management software. Free/open source or not, it doesn't matter. Some specifics/features I'm looking for:

a) Resume support. Ability to upload resumes per job candidate and be able to enter and track history on each. Ie. what stage of communication are we in w/said candidate?...has a phone interview happened yet?..., has an in-person interview happened yet?...did we deny the candidate, if so, for what reason?, etc.

b) A calender module. Would like to have a calendar to note things like client visits, conference room bookings, or when certain employees will be out of office for whatever reason.

c) Timesheet support.

d) Preferably web based (PHP 5/MySQL 5)...though a windows application isn't out of the question if it suits our needs.

e) Not OrangeHRM. We're currently already eval'ing this.
