image page creation software like Arles

I am looking for image page creation software like Arles or Photoshop but I need one that will create thumbnails, the lowres photos and then preferably have a link to view the high resolution images if the user wants. Does anyone know of software that will generate this option automatically?

I don't know arles but I know that ACDSee can create html galleries - you point it to a folder, set some colors aso. and then it generates thumbs and links them
