In search of a recommendation
Hello,
I need to create banners for website links, and am looking for a reliable program/software to make banners, maybe something that lets me alter photos as well.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Well Adobe Photoshop comes to mind of course first. Then there is Gimp. There is also Banner Maker Pro - that one does not come with all that much but does make banners
