Java API to fetch end-points from UDDI

I was told that there is a Java API that can be used to fetch a list of end-points from UDDI. I need to verify that:

1) Can you invoke this UDDI API from a Java stored procedure.
2) Can you invoke the Java stored procedure from a PL/SQL trigger.

Any links you can point me to that would possibly help?

Thanks,

Jason
