Limiting bandwidth

Hi!

I'm running a WAMP server on my computer, for testing puposes when i develop a webpage(localy). I would like to limit bandwidth of this server, so that i can test how the page reacts for a user with low bandwidth connection. Is this possible only by configuring WAMP, or do i need some other software to accomplish this(NetLimiter or something)?

Miha.

Edited: Oops, not the best choice of forum category....sorry. (BTW: can i delete or move my own posts?)

This link should be useful to you. Shows the time it takes to load a page over different connections.

You cant delete your own posts, A PM may move it to a more appropriate forum for you.
