Live Chat w Audio

Looking for a live chat software/third party for a server that can handle live audio solution. Should be cusomizable and the history should be saved in DB. Oh and this should be in the browser.

Try Flash MX 2004. This can handle live audio/video and is fully programable. The server costs though using Flash Communication Server can be a bit prohibitive.
Still worth investigating though. The free download of Flash Communication Server includes a free sample live Audio/video application that you can have working in literally 30 minutes.

I think it will not be a proper solution doing this with Flash or something like.

Because Flash applications are generally designed for indoor use only (client). If you want to make it easier or want to program your own media server, you can try Yahoo! Webcam control ActiveX Plugin.
Just Install the ActiveX in Delphi Packages section and then have fun! You'll find it easy and cirtainly secure!

(Note: if you can not find the Yahoo! WebCam Control ActiveX, Just Install a newer version of Yahoo! Messenger)
