    There are so many website monitoring solution that I cannot make it clear which one to use. Can you recommend me any?

    Website File System Monitor


    This one lets you schedule regular reports on the state of your website's file system. It outlines which files have been added, removed or changed since the previous scan.

    We find it pretty convenient as you only need to configure it once and the rest is fully automated. It's called Eyefile and you can get it here:

    I use Content Site Monitor (contentsitemonitor (dot) com). It performs "content checking" for you for free. Try their 30 day free trial account first before you purchase.
