MLM application required

I am looking for a ready made PHP MLM application where the system can duplicate/replicate web site for distributor and recruit ppl to join our programme from the replicated web site..

can somebody give me a reference.. if this kind of software is not available in php, kindly advise what other scripts or web applications I can get to accomplish this..
