MSXML 4.0 SP2 Installation Error

Can anyone help me to solve problem with MSXML? In the end of installation of "MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parser and SDK" I see an error message:

An error accured during the intallation of assembly component {303994BA-6487-47AE-AF1D-7AF6088EEBDB}
HRESULT: 0x80070002.
