Need CMS Expert contact

Hi

I'm soon going to get started on a huge CMS project for my work... I'm supposed to make 3 CMS solutions.. and I can probably easily do this, without actually having made a CMS before (I have enough materials available to do so)... but it would really help speed the process.. If I knew that I had a very knowledgeable person, I could contact with MSN (for example).. if a problem occured.... Therefore.. I ask you if one (or more) of you would like to be this contact for me.... You would have to have a pretty extensive knowledge of developing a large scale CMS based on PHP and MySQL.... If you're interrested.. Either write it here.. or write a personal message to me (or just write an email.. I don't really care :P)...

Before any more mistakes arise.. I should mention that the service I'm looking for, will have to be free, since the company I'm doing it for won't finance a team..... This is also why I'm only asking for a contact, if problems arise... Not a co-worker!
