Newspaper to Website Software?

Hello,

I have a client that is interested in taking their small newspaper and expanding to keep their website updated with the entire current issue. They would prefer to do it themselves in order to cut down on costs, so some sort of Newspaper CMS system would be ideal.

Rather than having to develop something from the ground up, I was wondering if anybody is aware of any specialized software that is designed to handle this application.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
