Online Document Storage/Sharing?

I'm looking for something like Xdrive.com or FileTrust.com.

I don't really care if it's remotely hosted, or something I install on my own server. PHP or Cold Fusion (if running on my server) would be fine.

I'm not looking for a full blown collaberation & project management app, just a way to share documents.

FileTrust.com was just too expensive.

I really like Xdrive's simplicity and price, but I'm hoping for something that doesn't require every (uploading) user to have to pay for. I have a really hard time justifying asking my clients to pay to upload files for me to work on.

Any suggestions?
