PHP Development Toolkit

Hi,

Does anyone know of a set of libraries that one can use/buy in order to speed up the process of writing web-based applications in PHP? We're thinking of offering something like this for sale eventually, but we're not quite there yet. It would be interesting to see who the competition is, if there is any. I've been writing code for a while now, and I don't think it's something I've really seen... There's plenty for J2EE, though.

Theres PEAR, which is a widely used conglomeration of PHP classes.
