PHP / MySQL CMS suggestions? - Not Open Source

My company has gone through a few different content management systems for PHP/MySQL. So far we have stuck with open source but after getting burned at later points in projects by them (Etomite and Joomla) we have decided to go with something Commercial and Supported. We are trying to find a good alternative based on the items below
  • add pages (and navigation items if needed)
  • upload media and position it freely in the content (pictures, mp3, wmv, etc, flash)
  • available event calendar
  • a wysiwyg that doesn't mess up line break spacing, supports the ability to change the font face, supports microsoft word copy/paste (correctly)
  • potential support for user system, member profiles, etc
  • potential for forums, bulletin boards, blogging
  • ability to cleanly and easily insert custom scripting (php, javascript, etc)
  • support provided in the event of a problem as opposed to posting questions in forums where your question is unlikely to be answered or even seen

Do any of you know of a commercial cms available that meets the above criteria, while supporting custom templates and not being overly complicated to do simple functions with (e.g. change text / upload pictures) ?

We would greatly appreciate any suggestions if anyone has tried anything.
