Poker Software
I have a very big interest in making a poker software that you are able to gamble real and play money on. That has not only Texas Hold'em or Omaha, but slots and things like that maybe later in the future. I actually play a ton of poker online and offline and think it would be very prosperous to make this kind of software for online "gambling".

Forget about software for a minute and call a lawyer about this idea. As for making a poker game this is the sort of project kids can do in their spare time for fun. Its about as easy an application as you can make in concept. As for handling the exchange of real money, after you see a lawyer find an accountant and then head off to talk to a bank manager. Be sure to bring a lot of money ($>10K) to deposit with you.
