Problems with Innovative Gateway using ASP

I'm using Innovative Gateway as the payment gateway for a website where the client is selling only one item so no shopping cart is needed. I'm having a hard time getting clear instructions from IGS as their documentation is spotty at best and emails remain unanswered.

I've installed their component on my server and registered my IP address. I'm just unsure of how to get the info to IGS.

Is there anyone out there who has used this gateway before and could possibly shed some light on the situation?

As always check out the credentials of any host where your customers credit card data will go through. Otherwise you will find yourself at the end of a law suit.

It doesn't sound good when you say this about a payment gateway. I don't
think I would stay with these people and would be looking for more
professional alternatives

Stay as far away from these people as possible! I have been using them for months and have yet to get shopping carts working. They will not respond to calls or emails but will certainly keep taking your money.
