Question. whos has the best host/dev plan?

Thank God for communties like this! I am currently overwhemled by the choices I have to make in order to get my ecommerce site up as far as design, funtionalities, hosting, and accepting payments go. I have tried hard learning in Dreamweaver MX, but after all the time I spent, I have nothing to show for and I dont want to go further. For one, I only familiarized myself with design elements, not what it takes to actually upload and maintain databases. So I give up ! I want to go the easy way. Thats where I need your help. I know this forum would be filled with wonderful people very much more learned in the ecmmerce area than myself who are willing to direct people in the right direction. when I say easy way, I am looking for a good package to go with. Possibly a webhost that provides good (not medial) easy to use design software for commerce sites. I have been looking up hosts that include free MIVA merchant 5.0, and others that include osCommerce wares. All of them about $20/month. I have a feeling to be wary of big names, while it gives most people comfort they are going with a big name, it doesn't always mean they will get the best product or service. For example the monster commerce complaints I have seen here in the forums.

So basically, whats THE best package out there for newbies like myself that include: hosting/store builder/customization/SEO/easy managing and updating/shopping cart/payment with or without merchant account....

Oh, so would you be an Angel, and tell me about the best ones you know about. It doesnt have to be a package, maybe it would be best using some seperate programs and services together...
