Sharepoint Alternatives

I'm looking for a CMS that works with Apache, PHP and MySQL and provides similar functionality to Sharepoint.

Specifically I want a CMS where my team can collaborate, keep copies of documents such as invoices etc, post processes for common problem, keep a a log of activity, so on and so forth.

LDAP would be nice, but not necessary. It doesn't need fancy things like being able to open and save directly to and from the site.

I've tried Knowledge Tree but it focuses on document management, rather than collaboration. I am looking for a "team" CMS.

Thanks in advance.

I'm also looking a LAMP equivalent of SharePoint. Does anybody have any suggestions?

At the wikipage for document management system
you can find some possible alternatives like Alfresco, O3spaces, Livelink. Maybe those links can help you.

Obviously we're biased, but check out ProjectSpaces, which is a LAMP based tool you can host yourself and has many of the same features of SharePoint, at a fraction of the cost. Sign up for a free trial of the online hosted version today!
