Slow in loading up a website...
Hi ppl,
Im sry, i do not know where exactly to pose my question as there are no suitable categories, so i decided to just pose it here.
I have a website which i have to access to register my working slots at a particular given timeslot. However i have like 50 over other colleagues who are also doing the same thing too.
Hence this normally causes a jam when everyone logs in at the same time to try to register for work as it is a first-come-first-serve basis.
My question will be, is there any way for me to bypass the jam and register my working slots faster than the rest?
Does upgrading my computer processing speed or ram give me any edge over the others? Or has it got to do with the speed of my internet connection?
Becos i realise there are 2-3 of my colleagues who seem to be unaffected by the clogging up of the website and manage to get every available slots. But they are definitely not revealing their "secrets".
Any feedback or opinion will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
