Software for specific communication between Quickbooks Online and AWeber
I'm doing some work for a client who is currently managing a process manually, and I'm wondering if there may be an automated solution available. My client is using AWeber to capture leads on his website, and Quickbooks Online to create estimates and invoices.
He also has an autoresponder campaign through AWeber, which he's using to follow up with prospects who don't make a purchase. When a prospect does make a purchase and becomes a client, he is manually removing them from the campaign list.
Ideally, we're looking for a solution that would remove a prospect's information from the AWeber campaign whenever he creates an invoice for that same prospect in Quickbooks Online. I've reviewed Zapier.com, but they don't have this functionality listed in their standard services. I've sent an email to them, as well, just to see if they may be able to provide a solution.
Please advise with any ideas or solutions you may have. I'll be happy to provide more information if need be.
