Text Editor with CJK encoding options
Hi All,
I know this isn't strictly PHP, but I'm using PHP to include a text file - the required encoding for the page is Shift_JIS, but the text files that I am including are encoded in EUC-JP. The composer programme that comes with Mozilla is great for converting encodings for html files, but whenever I open text files it adds a whole lot of annoying html tags. Anyone know a free text editor for Windows that has this functionality? Thanks!
