Unzipping software - unzips to favorite folder?

Unzipping software - unzips to favorite folder?

I'm using WinRar, but every time I want to unzip a file I have to browse to the location on my hard-drive.

I'd like the option where I can choose to unzip to one of my 'favorites' folders.

WinRar gives you the option to automatically go to a favorites folder, but not to unzip a file to that folder.

WinZip provides an option, but you'll have to purchase the software. Not certain about free/OSS alternatives. Check download.com?
