Updating the Web Content
If we want to create a site that changes monthly to different current events, would we be penalized by the SEOs? That is if it is, one month it might be about the guy that just admitted to doing the bombings in the Olympics and then 3 weeks later the National Book Award is given out and we totally change the content to that. Let's say we have a page rank of 1(good enough) but the content is always very popular, would we still be able to come up decent on the Serps if we do great on site SEO and general back-links?
