Question User friendly, Open Source Content Management Systems.

Hi there,

I am a Graphic designer but have not had much experience with the technical side of web development. I have designed pages, banners and animations for sites, but I have never actually been involved with the technical side of websites.

I am starting a small online design business where I will be not only selling my graphic design skills (such as corporate ID etc), but I will also be selling web design services.

What I would like to do, is to be able to offer my clients several options. The option I need help with is the "Budget Websites" option. I would like to be able to offer low cost web design services, where they have complete control of the content. They will have a choice of several templates, and will add the content themselves.

I have a "little" (maybe miniscule would be a better description >.> lol) knowledge of how content managment systems work, however, I need a little help with options, availability and just overall advice.

Cheers!
Newfielove (that's the dog, newfie )
