Visual Interdev 6 works but not it's debugger..

because this place has been invaluable with my other problems, I was hoping I could be further elightened by the collective wisdom here to aid in another issue I have, here goes .

Ok, cliffnotes version; I am running 2 servers;

Server #1 runs:
OS :- Windows NT 4.00.1381
Processor :- AMD ?GHz
RAM :- 1GB SDR
Hard Drive #1 :- (C:\ 4GB)
Hard Drive #2 :- (D:\ 4GB)
Hard Drive #3 :- (E:\ 120GB)
Network :- Non Wireless 100 MB/s (I state this just incase it matters)
Visual Interdev 6
Internet Information Server 6

Server #2 runs:
OS :- Microsoft Windows Server 2004 for Small Business Server :: Service Pack 1
Processor :- Intel 2.40GHz
RAM :- 1GB DDR400
Hard Drive #1 :- (F:\ 74GB)
Hard Drive #2 :- (C:\ 19GB, E:\ 92GB)
Network :- Wireless 108 MB/s (I state this just incase it matters)
Visual Interdev 6
Internet Information Server 6

I am hoping to retire Server #1 and move to developing applications on Server #2 respectively.
Any and every project, will work 100% fine on Server #1 but not a single project will run on Server #2. When I come to run a project on Server #2, it appears with the error "website doesnt exist" so I am guessing it is a debugger problem of some sort but I cannot figure it out. If it helps, the projects are mainly a mix of ASP and JScript code.
Both servers are on a completely seperate network, one being wireless and the other.. not, which means they are not conflicting with each other.
Please can anyone help me?

Infinite thanks in advanced ,
LethysVBer.
