Whats the best Shopping Cart software?
I'm a web designer, don't know any programming, just html, and basic css and javascript.

I need a shopping cart that I can fully customize, but I don't want to pay monthly, i want something to own. I am designing it but leaving it in the hands of people who need to update it but don't know web design...like adding and deleting things.

Any suggestions?

You did not mention which scripting language?

Anyways, phpShop allows you to setup an online store and manage all aspects of your online business by using a web browser.
