Question is there a software out there that can print php code with syntax highlighting?

whe a source code is printed via a word processor such as msword, open office writer, star office, etc... source code comes out of the printer as black and white.

is there any software out there that can print php codes with syntax highlighting?

www.textpad.com, my favorite text editor. Does Textpad print PHP syntax highlight now? Which PHP syntax definition do you recommend?

error_reporting(E_ALL) and echo($debug_message) may help to heal your headache.

Any modern PHP IDE (integrated development environment) that supports syntax highlighting/coloring will be able to print in color, such as Zend Studio (see link in my sig)

    vim is free

Has superior syntax highlighting and good printing capabilities (at least gvim as far as I recall it).

PHPElipse is also out there as a pluging for eclipse, they have just made a release for the new 3.0 eclipse version. This is all free, so you might want to take a look into it.
