Parser to extract html from emails?
My lastest task: Automating updates to a webpage. Content will be gathered from emails.
Here's how it will work...rather how it should work...
1) My boss writes an email to a certain alias in both html and text format.
2) My program grabs the email and extracts the html code in between the html tags.
3) It then injects this html code in another html file.
4) It then creates a link for the page created in #3 and updates the archive page.
I'm wondering if there are parsers out there that actually extract html code from emails? If so, I could move onto #3 right away. If not, then I will have to write the parser in perl.
