    Uploading large files/

hey all, im a delphi/pascal programmer.
im working on a project where you need to upload large files into web storage like megaupload and rapidshare, but its a program (not a website)
i know only 1 way to upload files to the website by using website's ftp connection.. but is there any other way to upload files into a website? via php or something that i can use in my program?

PHP, as well as most other server-side scripting languages, will not let you upload large files thanks to the maximum allowed file sizes set in Apache. The same goes for IIS, and pretty much all web server software. For a general purpose thing that can be used anywhere, FTP is about the only thing that's worth using. I can't comment on how easy it is to program FTP functions into delphi/pascal because I haven't used them before.
