Chaning DNS Entries

I just recently changed my web site hosting onto a server that is run at our local high school. The server gets a static IP from a state wide network which has the IP point to their domain tables.

Example:
165.29.117.111 -->ozark.k12.ar.us

The domain ozark.k12.ar.us has 2 name servers:
165.29.1.13 -->relay2.state.ar.us
165.29.2.180 -->ns4.k12.ar.us

What I am wondering, even though I have the web server locally, it doesn't have BIND on it. Do I need to input the state DNS servers for my hosting or do I just put in the name of the web server?

I know this sounds extremely broad, but I can't really explain it that good. If you have any questions, just let me know and I will try to answer them.

Where are you intending to input this?

I intend to put this on my domain property page. They have a place where you can type in the DNS Entries for your domain. Mine is from aplus.net.

Take a screenshot of the interface of "aplus.net" and post it here so I can see what they're after.

You don't need to run BIND locally to run Apache. I think you are having a major misconception (misled by BIND) here that you need to run BIND to do DNS lookups, you don't.

OK, you put in there the names of the name server(s) which are holding the zone records for your domain. You will need some kind of name server software for this, but if you don't know how to set up a DNS server and don't want to, easyDNS do a good web-based DNS service which allows you to create records there.
