As I said, BE DESCRIPTIVE!!

NOT WORKING is unhelpful. Once again, What happened? How can you tell? What did the log say?

Anyway, DNS takes time to take affect. If your host doesn't ACT, it may take forever. People transferring domain away from Register.com is well-known to expect long delay, in my experience, usually 10 days to 6 months, and your host may vary. So keep sending emails to 34sp.com and tell them to act. Once that's done, wait several days or a week, then your authoritative DNS server will work.

Hi

Well i've been able to find another company which can provide ns2 for us on one of their servers and help us setup ns1 on our web server so i'm still doing it.
