Looks good from here. I see 213.171.218.19 as the IP address. My guess is that you have the domain name present in your c:\windows\system32\hosts file, which is why it is not seeing the correct IP address.

'Fraid not...the only hosts file I have is in the Windows folder itself - this redirects spam/crap webbys during Kazaa sessions (I think) No reference to the domain name in there..... Thanks anyway - NEXT! ![]() |

This problem seems straight forward enough. Perhaps I can find the problem. You say "123-reg holding" page? What is that exactly. You also say that you get the wrong IP address. What IP address are you getting? Also, what dns servers are you using to resolve your request?

...The problem has sorted itself...eventually - in the end it was my ISP's nameserver that had taken forever to update. Ridiculous!...seven days for a website to propagate!!! Again, thanx for your help! Mods, please close. ![]() _ |
