dig output: where is the answer section?

dig output: where is the answer section?

Hi,

Sometime the output of dig doesn't have an answer section, this one for example:
dig @ns.xs4all.nl dmo.com -p53 A IN

However, this is not always the case, sometimes it does have an answer.

?????

Any ideas?

some addtional information: the specified name server is not the authority for the domain dmo.com.

Sometimes the output of dig is like this:

As you are asking a non-authoritive DNS server for information on a domain, I guess it depends whether the information is in the cache of this server and/or whether the authoritive DNS server responds fast enough. If not, it tells you to look elsewhere.
