dns configure problem
hi to all,
I'm a newbie and sorry for my english... i have this problem: I've installed a pc with win 2003 Server ;it is a pdc. i've called my domain "bellait". i've installad dns service on my pdc but i don't know how to configure it. i try to login on a pc with win98 and it's all ok. i try to login on a pc with win2k but the pc didn't find path... i've set dns primary on win2k the ip of my server. who can help me... and i cant access a share directory on pdc also from pc with linux OS . Thanks

You need to install samba for linux so that it can access windows shares.
Get on your windows 2000 computer and execute this command at the dos prompt. Paste for me the results: C:\>nslookup yahoo.com

thank's for your help...
the samba is already installed.Infact from linux machine I successfully access to shared directory on a win 2k pro e also on a shared directory on win98 but Only i'can't access on shared directory on win2k3 server . I'll post you tomorrow the test that you suggest me. Hi
