DNS Mail Entires
What kind of entries do I need to create? I want to use pop.mydomain.com for my pop server, and smtp.mydomain.com for my smtp server. So do I just create two host records? Where do MX records come in to play in my situation? Thanks.

I'm going to give a different name for each purpose, even though the example is assuming all servers are on the same IP:
mydomain.com. MX 10 mail.mydomain.com. mail.mydomain.com. A 127.0.0.1 smtp.mydomain.com. A 127.0.0.1 pop.mydomain.com. A 127.0.0.1 Incoming SMTP: mail.mydomain.com Outgoing SMTP: smtp.mydomain.com POP3: pop.mydomain.com
