DNS setup, help appreciated!!!

I am trying to start my own web server, i have a couple of domains and also i want to host some of my friends domains, i'm using apache 2 i got the program from apachefriends, this apache already comes with php and cgi installed , now apache is running fine as local host now i need to setup a dns server to have my own names server (ns1.pcplanetsystems.com) (ns2.pcplanetsystems.com),so i can change the ns from godaddy's servers to mine, i tried with bind but i think i did something wrong
My server config is as this:
os: win xp pro
apache 2
i have 5 static ip's from 66.127.188.64 to .71
i m running the server through a linksys wireless router
i setup the server not in dhcp i just changed the ip to 66.128.188.65 so it is running that ip but when i am going online the ip shows me 66.127.188.70

so i think i am asking too much stuff but once again your help is appreciated.
