DynamicDNS.org (DynDns.og) and my domain

I have my own DNS servers setup on my site IP 213.106.xxx.xxx I have registered the domain Madden.tv with registerfly.com now in the control panel of registerfly.com you can change the name servers to whichever ones you want now i know you cannot use an IP address so I went to dynamic DNS dot org and setup an address which is nsmadden.dyndns.org which when pinged shows the correct ip of my name servers. I went to the control panel on register fly and entered the name server as nsmadden.dyndns.org and clicked save 48 hours later nothing happened so I contacted technical support through a trouble ticket that gave me this reply:

This is invalid. You can either set the URL to forward to OR just specify correct DNS but the URL or DNS you just provided is coming up as invalid

All I want is too be able to use my own DNS servers how would I go about doing this the technical support at registerlfy is diabolical!

Fact:

You've got a dynamic IP address. Due to how the dns system works, you CANNOT (impossible!) set your own name servers with your own IP at your registrar and expect a decent service. Sure, you can update your registrar every time your IP changes, but this means you have downtimes of up to 48 hours each time. This is disgusting. Now if your *dynamic* IP only changed like once a year then you'd be in business. Otherwise, read below:

best solution (and possibly only solution):

Use somebody else as your domain host. Don't get frustrated yet. What good reason is there to host your own dns server besides the fact it's so fun? Cause you have more power over your config? You get full raw access to your domain information? Cause you have access to logs? Cause it's free? These aren't good reasons. You get all that with DollarDNS with the additional bonus of a dns tech-head looking over your shoulder making sure all is good (me!). If you use Microsoft DNS Server to manage your dns server, you just might be able to use that with a DollarDNS account too. Remote administration! Such features like remote administration and access logs are not provided by any other free domain host out there. Probably not even any paid hosts either.

The other solution (which possibly won't work for you anywhere):

Set your name servers to somebody elses name servers and they will download the zone information from your server. Services like this exist out there, for example DollarDNS does. However, the catch is your IP is dynamic. I've never heard of a service like this where you dynamically update the server your service provider downloads the zone information from. I for one will never support this cause there's no reason to use your own server when you've got a dynamic IP!

You need a static IP first in order to host your own DNS server on that computer.
End of story.
