Free MX services

Hello,

I have a mail server with not more than 20 users, sometimes (very rarely) it happens that the power is down and off course the mail server is unreachable, and I need an MX back service, so that mails will get to another server and when mine will be UP I would receive them, is there a service like this but for free ?

Thank you in advance.
