Having trouble with client's site

I have a client who has been d***ing around for months. "I am handling it...just gotta move my domain to my new host," is all I have heard. Now, it is supposedly done. I try to connect to the host in my FTP and can't using the site's domain. I go into his godaddy account, find his IP, upload that way. The domain name shows up under his account and everything. Now, after I have uploaded, I can see my files on his site manager on godaddy; however, when I type in the site domain, his OLD website still loads...help.

Notice his DNS seem to still be with EarthLink. How do I fix that?

At the domain registrar, the nameservers need to point to the new host.
