Unhappy help: bind maybe working?

ok...ive been attempting to setup bind..as far as i can tell it is working and setup ( im new to this)

i have ns1.renderpointsolutions.com registered as my name server address.. and my website URL points to it. however when yo go to that address it can't find the site.

my guess is cuz my name server is not running properly.

anyone have any guesses.

also does anyone know of any good bind howto's that i can maybe go thru and double check my setup..

i'm running bind 9.2.1 on mandrake 9.1

i know what i have posted here is vague but i really don't know enough about this stuff to post descriptively so anything you guys can think of posting or finding out for me would be perfect

also i ran it thru this
URL

i have no idea what any of that stuff means, but maybe someone can tell me

thx

If you're just starting out with DNS, please, do yourself a favour: ditch BIND and its horribly over-complex and insecure ways, and install djbdns.

It's far easier to configure than BIND, and has never had a security hole (unlike BIND, which has a history of serious security holes).
