Host to your own nameserver

How do you host your own register nameserver from internet with Windows 2000 server with 7-static i.p Dsl
I'd register domain name with netsol. and register nameserver
ns1.test.com and ns2.test.com
What do i need and how do i host ns1.test.com and ns2.test.com

1. One computer for ADS domain name
2. One computer for ns1.test.com by join the domain name
3. One computer for ns2.test.com by join the domain name

or just two ADS domain name and create zone under dns service
to host ns1.test.com and ns2.test.com

How do you name the computer that host ns1.test.com is it ns1
and so on for second nameserver as ns2.
