You can use the command-line dig program. If you don't have shell access to your server you can verify most DNS settings from another computer.
There should be some DNS configuration in webmin, but I'm not familiar with webmin.
You can use the nslookup program from windows command line. And there must be lots of websites that do DNS checking but I've never used any.
