Would I be able to get by with setting them both to the same? I understand that either one is queried, or the other. Would it still work?

I *think* I was able to set up the name servers on my DNS. I can ping them from my server, but no one else can. Does this mean that it's working but not for outside users because my Registrar hasn't completely processed the name servers I registered? Thx.
