I resolve dns requests to websites but cannot open a web page ?

im running a virtual network on vmware which i have the following specs on the network

Server 1
connected to 2 NIC's one to the local network (192.168.145.129) and another to my host machine which is holding the ip address of 192.168.1.24
i have forwarders set on server1 (DNS) which forwards other dns requests which dont belong to the network to the gateway of the NIC2 which is connected to the host

on the clients i resolve internet ips and namespaces such as yahoo with lag 2 seconds but it works anyways the problem is that client machines do not have access to the internet although they resolve them !

a little bit more details :
client side :
i resolve web name spaces and local as well
i resolve web ip addresses and local as well
i can ping every local ip address
i CANNOT ping web ip addresses
IE doesnt display web pages

server1 side :
everthing takes place like it should

on other servers : same as clients

Windows firewall and ICS services are off on clients and servers as well !

where did i go wrong !?

thanks !
