Question Linux DNS Servers and Windows 2003 Server

Hello, my company is using a Linux DNS server and is planning on using Windows Server 2003 for the Domain Controllers. When I attempt to add a second domain controller it says that it cannot find the SRV record in DNS.

Does anyone have any idea how I may be able to fix this, or if Linux and Server 2003 are even compatible?

Thanks.

John
